Our Vision: No One Left Behind
When the Lord was preparing to deliver the children of Israel from Egyptian captivity, Pharaoh offered to let the men go. However, he attempted to negotiate with Moses to leave the women and children behind. We see Moses reply in Exodus 10:9, "… Mark 16:15 ..… It is the goal, desire, and commitment of GSJT to be a bridge to which people can come into the church and experience the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ. GSJT is dedicated to creating an atmosphere that makes a difference in the Upstate by embracing everyone and developing ways to give the entire community the opportunity to hear the gospel of salvation and experience God's redemptive and life transforming love. In order for this vision to become a reality, there are three (3) key things that we at Greater St. James Temple are committed to having in place and operating according to the Word of God; People of God who are committed to sharing (witnessing) with others the goodness of God." Acts 1:8

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: (and we know that the name is "Jesus"): Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." Matthew 28:19-20 3) Church staff whom are committed to operating according to the Word of God in order to help the members grow into their full potential in Christ and ultimately make heaven their home. "And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers: For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:" Ephesians 4:11-12 "But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ." 2 Peter 3:18 We invite you to GSJT.
